This coffee comes from select smallholder farms in the Ermera region which is renowned for its fertile soil and mountainous terrain. For generations farming families have cultivated coffee as a vital source of livelihood with an increased focus on quality and specialty production.

The anaerobic natural process imparts a distinct fruit forward profile with notes of pomegranate, plum and red wine in the cup.
